Do you want to be a strong woman? Then break up with the victim mentality.
One of my key points is that it is never a pity for you. It can be a shame. But not a pity.
It’s a pity and I feel sorry for a victim!
A strong woman says: “That was a shame”, brushes the dust of her knees and moves on. Learns from her experience and stops complaining.
Who are you? The Victim or she who moves on?
Nothing is more disabling than the victim mentality.
If you constantly go around with the mindset that “things just never happen to me” then you lock yourself in this negative bubble.
Many love to play the victim role in their own lives. And almost gets a ‘rush’ when doing it.
It’s just too easy, as it doesn’t require much effort or trust – you don’t have to act or seek help. You just have to complain…
Read my secret on how to stay thankful
Strong women never play victim – they are active participants and take the leading role in their own lives.
They do not want to get suffocated in their feelings or hide under the duvet and wait for the storm to pass them – they do something about it!
They would not like to be rescued…!
Want to hear their secret?
No… Strong women do not possess super powers. It all lies in the attitude and mindset.
In their decision to want.
A decision is a thought.
It is your thoughts that control you
If you believe you are a victim, you are!
When you believe, you are a strong woman who takes care of all your own problems, then you are!
To change the role in your life, is like changing your mindset and beliefs of who you are and then acting upon it! So, there is no time to waste.
Is it easy? No!
But trust me, from someone who has lived with a victim mentality and role for many years – when you release it and decide to be strong, then it is worth the effort.
It REALLY is!
- Stop blaming other people for your problems.
- Stop using the past as an excuse for not moving or changing.
- Stop living a life you don’t want to live – just because it immediately seems easier.
Of course, I do well understand that it can feel overwhelming at times to make changes. So, start with small steps.
Reminder, it doesn’t matter how much action or change you create in the first place, just do something to create a different mindset. A mindset filled with being a strong and confident woman who can do it herself.
The moment you start believing it, you’ll move. You will start to feel better and will feel that you have more control over your life.
It’s all worth it.
Come on, I know you can…
Enjoy getting to know the strong side of yourself….
